I think a lot about how things feel to use.
When something isn't clear, or takes more effort than it should. The context someone is in, and the emotions they bring with them.
Those details matter. They shape how people experience a product, and whether they trust it.
My work goes beyond just words or design. I focus on the language, structure, and systems that make things feel clear, consistent, and human—across an entire experience.
And a big part of that is people.
The people using what we create, and the people building it. I care about creating shared understanding, raising the bar, and making it easier for people to contribute, question, and do their best work.
